Facilities Services

The State Preservation Board (SPB) is responsible for managing three Texas State Legislative Office Buildings and the Capitol Mall within the Texas Capitol Complex. The SPB provides essential services, including maintenance, housekeeping, and groundskeeping. The properties managed include:
