Texas Pioneer Woman Monument
Overview
The Texas Pioneer Woman Monument was erected in 1998 by the Daughters of the Republic of Texas, District VIII.

A life-size bronze figure stands atop a Texas Sunset Red Granite pedestal. The sculpture depicts a young pioneer mother with baby on her arm and commemorates the pioneering women of early Texas.
